When my laptop suddenly froze and I was stuck and I needed urgent help from experts, I called Homepcdoctor and got immediate service. Since that urgent call, I have used them to install Broadband and wireless connection to the Internet. I am happy to know that they are just a phone call away should I have any problems.

My computer was getting increasingly slow and unreliable and it needed replacing. Further we were having trouble with our local in house network in that not all of us were using the same operating systems. The PC Doctor came and sorted it all out. I needed a new computer that he obtained and set up for me. We all now have the same operating system and everything is going well. The engineer who came to our house was quick competent and very supportive. I strongly recommend the firm.

I heard about Home PC Doctor via a leaflet that came through our door. When the internet system on my PC stopped working for no apparent reason I was very worried and I called PCD who came out very promptly. The PCD certainly knows his stuff! As someone who works from home there are always enough things going on and the last thing you want to happen is for the computer to start playing up. When I came across Vedat the aspect that I was most impressed with, apart from not only sorting out the problem but also improving the computer, was that he does not come across as your typical computer expert. From a personal perspective when my computer goes wrong I just want it sorted out, but if you want it explained to you Vedat will do that in a language that anyone will understand.
